We are in the process of migrating to FreshDesk from another solution and we are working to clean up our existing contacts. On feature that our current solution supports and that I feel FreshDesk should support is the ability to select multiple Contacts and then bulk add them to a Company.
Actually, the ability to make bulk changes to any of the Contact fields (except the key fields) would be helpful.
