Support the use of "@john" type of Mentions in Ticket Notes

Please consider supporting the use of @Name type of Mentions in Ticket Notes, so that an agent can be more productive when creating a note. If a Mention is used, the Agent can select from a list of matching names and then once selected, will automatically be added to the CC line.
