Support User Defined "Status" values in the "Ideas" forum

I love the Ideas forum.  We plan to use it for our Product Roadmap and it would be very helpful if FreshDesk allowed admins the ability to add or modify the existing list of status values.  For example, we need to include statuses such as:  "In Development," "In Beta," "Pending Deployment," "Duplicate," and so on.
