The title more or less sums it up. I would love to see a feature that syncs agent availability between the mobile app and the web app. In our current system (Smartertrack), we frequently encounter situations where staff forget to log out at the end of their shift, which causes issues for availability tracking. It would be incredibly helpful if marking oneself as unavailable in the mobile app would automatically update their availability status in the web app. I am honestly surprised that it doesn't already. Why have the option if it doesn't sync?
