I can export my Quickbooks contacts and companies into CSV files and then import them manually into Freshdesk, but it would be far better if I could sync the two, so that if I add a new customer to Quickbooks, he also is added to Freshdesk.

+1I do it by weekly extracting and uploading the CSV file, however it would be nice if contacts can be updated in bulk based on the email ids @emaildomain.com
