It would be great if Tags were auto pre-populated from previous tags ie if I have a tag #GoogleApps and I type #g in the tickets enter tag field! #GoogleApps would show up to be selected. I could then pre make tags I'd like used.

I also think it would be helpful to see what tags are associated with a Ticket when you are in the default ticket view - and the details list ticket view too?

Nice suggestion. We will discuss this internally and see how we can implement this feature :-) Although I cannot give a time frame, but we will take it up future releases.

This is now available. The tags get auto-populated on the ticket page upon typing a few characters.
