Tags - Manually add to Tag List (Hard Code)

The idea makes sense from a workflow-integrity standpoint. Hard-coded tags used in automated triggers or classification rules should ideally be protected the same way system fields are. Without that safeguard, any large platform managing dynamic content or user actions could run into inconsistencies.

Ya needing to add it to a ticket first is a pain, When you doing your flow and you like to remove a tag that you added in a action. Maybe when you add tag using an action in a WFA it should be added to the list directly. 

And then because it is part of an action / workflow, it should not be allowed to be deleted until those actions have had the tag removed from every place.

It’s deleted only when it’s removed from all tickets if I remember correct. Just add the tags to a old ticket. 

A small thing, but one that helps with polish of the system.  Administration by workaround is not ideal :)

That is correct, but if that ticket is inadvertently deleted or the tags removed and the workflow creator is not aware. This can cause issues. 

True but the WFA should still work, both add and remove as long as you don’t edit the node. But yes I have few standard ones I use with my WFA’s. So be able to “hard code” them into FS would good.
