I’m managing multiple projects in FreshService and in many occasion, a task depends from another task that is not in the same project. If not already (didn’t find how), it would be very useful to have the ability to set a task predecessor across different projects.

We have three distinct IT teams, supporting three different verticals (multiple business units within a vertical), and there are definitely cases where one team is dependent on another (and the volume is only increasing).
The ability to link tasks (as a Predecessor, Successor, or (related) Link) across projects would be SUPER HELPFUL! So how does this idea get more visibility?
