We are desperately needing better Task Management in Freshservice. The Tasks module section is laughable. The fact that you can’t even filter by status for all Task types in Freshservice is insane.
I’m looking for a Board view of all Tasks regardless of it’s Parent.
Also/Alternatively, have those Task sync (two way) with MS Planner and just hand off that Management.
