I would like to have more options for us to add for Tasks in our Dashboard. Currently you can only select your personal tasks and not have a view for All Group tasks (unresolved or in our case a custom status).

+1+1I agree. I want to be able to use task views in the same way that we can use ticket views in the dashboards today.

This would be great since tasks can come from several modules, being able to roll up all tasks assigned to a group would prevent them from being overlooked.
agree… would help with seeing the ones that are not assigned to anyone or group. Also to be able to view it from the Dashboard (instead of ONLY the Agent Specific view)
