I love the fact that I can schedule tickets - the only problem is that they are missing the ability to create tasks. I’d love to have a Scheduled Ticket that comes automatically with all of the associated tasks required.

I have all of the fields required to put in a ticket, but nothing to make it useful without manual intervention (which defeats the purpose of a scheduled ticket).

The solution I have is to use WFA: Ticket raised → condition Subject contains/is “My scheduled ticket”  → Action create the tasks.

Or if you have anything els that are unique to that ticket.
You can add a checkbox that you hide with a Business rule for agents/sequesters.
WFA: Ticket raised → condition Checkbox = true  → Action create the tasks.

Thanks, Daniel! I’m taking the same approach, I would just like to see it all within the Scheduled Ticket - I shouldn’t have to build a workflow IMO to do something as menial as creating tasks when it is part of the normal ticket view - I’d love to see this expanded, but I am happy that there is a workaround for the meantime.

I agree - this would also save time for us as well. Our previous system had the ability to create recurring tickets which we could associate templates, tasks and checklists so that each time the ticket is created, it had all relevant fields attached.

The checklist feature would be a big tick from us too. We use this for our daily checks but unfortunately, we now have to do this outside of the system now due to FreshService not having a checklist functionality.
