Test changes before going live/sandbox

It'd be great if there was a way to test out changes that we make before they go live to customers. For example, we setup our ticket fields in a way that doesn't allow us to take advantage of dynamic fields. We'd like to change this, but have no way of testing it before going live. 


Similarly, it'd be nice to be able to do more testing in general--like being able to send a test of an email notification (especially for notifications sent to customers) so we can see what it looks like before we save changes.

I too would like to have a "sandbox" that's a replica of our Fd system. This would allow us to test system changes and fully understand the ramifications before implementation. Our system was originally set to support one location and has since been expanded to global support. There are many changes we'd like to make to continuously improve the system for our agents and customers and the ability to experiment outside of the live system would be extremely beneficial.

It would be nice if this was available for all plans.  We are on Blossom and Forest is 4x more money for a feature that IMO should be available in all the plans.

Agreed with the above comment. Sandbox should be available on all plans. This is a pretty basic feature that other CRMs already offer.
