Having the ability to create a test requester that is not able to be seen or assigned tickets by other requesters themselves and only utilised for testing purposes would be highly beneficial. Meaning that tickets could be logged in the prod environment and recorded against those test accounts for tracking and then once testing is done, those tickets be deleted.
Also means that customers cannot log a ticket accidentally against a non-person.
