I think the ability to be able to embed PDFs in to a solution , would be rather handy ! I know that there is an attachment option and it's what i am currently using , however i think the ability to be able embed a PDF or PPT would be beneficial and would provide a faster and more user friendly customer service system !
Would appreciate your thoughts and comments on this matter !

You can embed PDFs or PPTs into your solution articles in Freshdesk. You simply need to edit the required article, click on the HTML code icon '</>' in the editor, add the embed code and save the article. Once saved, the embedded document or media will be added to the article.

+6Yes Tom, you are right. You need to have the embed code for the documents by hosting them elsewhere.
I know this is an old topic but I have the same question and I cannot see the answer in this article.
Can you provide an example of the embed code for a pdf? I don't know what to type in the html screen.
