The ability to view cSAT feedback in a report for Freshchat

Currently, you can only see your current cSAT score for Freshchat in reports. You can not view the individual written feedback from customers. Add the ability to see the written customer feedback in a report, instead of having to look at the written feedback 1 by 1.
