There should be a native option to clone a ticket. The Clone Ticket application developed by a third party vendor is broken. Why this feature is not a native part of the platform is mind blowing. Can it be added?

+5Yeah the clone ticket app stopped working for us when they updated something in fresh in the backend….now the clone fails as we have mandatory fields on the form.
