we would like to hav a button on the contact form that creates a new ticket with the requester field filled out. Has any one done this kind modification?

Hey Lars, sorry about the late response: but this is something we're definitely adding to the product! It will take a while, but it's definitely in our list of things to do.
This is very much needed. Will appreciate if it can be done at the earliest. A very small feature but will result in a lot of productivity gain. Thanks.
