On the main ticket list page, when you hover over a ticket is preview popup box appears. This box is absolutely driving me crazy. It doesn't disappear once you mouse off, you have to click somewhere and to avoid clicking other links, I have to click on the top or side of the page.
I don't need the preview box, it's completely useless to me and only exists to raise my blood pressure.
Please let me know if this can be disabled somehow.
