Would it be possible rather than having Fresh Desk extract the requester from before the @domain.com to use the headers in an email i.e
From: Joe Bloggs<test@domain.com>
Currently comes up as "test"
It really should be able to make the requester : Joe Bloggs

Freshdesk now analyses the email header and creates the user profile based on the sender name.
