As tickets get closed the open vs close tickets all start to run together. Might I suggest breaking these up somehow or making it more obvious in the UI as to which are open vs close, beyond just the status. Also, if it were me I’d have newly open tickets at the top of the list or at least give the option to choose between the two.

I think a grid (think spreadsheet) format would improve the use of space not to mention the filtering of tickets based on multiple columns and priority (this could be a profile preference setting).

This would also help with a view other visual indications that I have seen in the feature request forums.

Hi guys,

Sorry for the late response.

There are a couple of ways in which this can be done.

1. You can use the ticket filters on the left, filter out just open tickets and save that as a custom view. In that way, with just a couple of clicks, you can view all open tickets.

2. To answer your second question, we now have the option to sort based on the status of the ticket. Using the option to sort tickets in the ascending order will give you all the open tickets on the top.

On the new Freshdesk Mint experience, we have the new Table view that will give you the 'Spreadsheet' like view that you're looking for, Phill.

Cheers,
