There is already a Feedback widget, which is exactly what I'm looking for, just for ticket submissions. I have the Feedback widget embedded in my website, but I would like to embed a widget for a form to submit a ticket. I would imagine that this already exists and I am just missing it but can someone help me out?

Ticket Submission Widget (For Embedding)
Create a form on your website (with email function) and add the support email from your FreshDesk helpdesk to the form. You can find this email here:
Click on admin > click on Email > Under “Forwarded to” copy the emailadress.
