Ticket Type - Sub Categories

I'd like to see the introduction ticket sub types or sub categories. This would help identify more precisely area's of time consumption eg:

1.) Ticket Type = REQUEST sub type = PASSWORD RESET

2.) Ticket Type = INCIDENT sub type = INTERNET OUTAGE

3.) Ticket Type = QUESTION sub type = APPLICATION RELATED

Hi Mike, 

We are working on this at present, but it is based on Ticket Fields rather than Ticket Types - Category - Subcategory - Items, a nested field implementation. Once we bring this out, you may change the Ticket Type to this nested field method.

Hello,


You'd now be able to create dynamic sections based on the type field value. In these sections, you can list a few ticket fields that wouldn't show up otherwise. In addition to the type field, you can also create a dynamic form based on a custom dropdown field.
