When viewing the ticket view in FD we see it defaults to 30 tickets and we can set the view as 30, 50 and 100. However we would like to set the default view as 100 and not 30 every time when the page is refreshed. If this could be implemented it would be beneficial for our day to day business operations.

I understand that you want to set the default value to 100 which at present is 30.
I'm afraid we do not support this at the moment. However, I will pass this feedback to the product team and we will definitely make some noise when this feature gets released.
This requirement of yours has already been raised as a feature request to the product team and is in their backlog. I shall do a +1 on your behalf.
