When we have new Agents in FreshDesk, and they login for the first time, we wish they have the “Table view” as the default view for tickets. As the same time, our agents have to have the possibility to change their view to the desired: Table or Card (as our Agents can now).

So we want to be able to have a option, where we can choose the Table view as default (mostly for new agents) and NOT the Card view (which is default from FreshDesk as it is now).
