Ticket Views Collapse Filter Section

Create a collapsible filter section in the ticket views to maximize space for viewing ticket lists.   This would enable better visibility for all columns in the ticket views instead of having to scroll left and right.   I would suggest placing an ‘X’ in the upper left corner of the filter section to collapse the section, and a ‘V’ to expand the section.
