Can I create a ticket forms for different purposes? complaint, request for goods - for each different field?

Hello Michal,


Dynamic forms allow you to display different sections of ticket fields based on the type value chosen on the ticket form. This way, you can have one ticket form for the users but modify the fields according to the type of the request.
