Using the ‘M’ key to pop out the time entry windows in a ticket is great - but it’s not fully featured. You can only Start Time and not Stop Timer. It’d be great to have this more fully featured.
Ideally, the timer would be in the top right along with the ‘status’ box and you could click a ‘start time / stop time’ icon like in Changes and just access the Timer panel when you need to do something more. But a good stop gap would be to have the pop-out Timer window be able to Stop time as well, as it doesn’t consistently stop when navigating away from a ticket.
