The mobile version requires only one more feature to make it practical. I would like to be able to clock in to tickets from the mobile website.

Strongly agree. Mobile App is great otherwise but it's no fun to have to switch apps to enter time. Integration with 3rd party billing apps from the mobile app is also crucial. It is possible to switch to the full site and enter time but that's tough on an iphone.

Me too, please! This is absolutely crucial to us, and will eventually result in us moving on to someone else if it's not resolved. For now, as new users we're willing to wait and see how well you respond.

time sheets additions from mobile is a deal breaker for us. looks like i will need to setup zendesk.

Because new features and changes to Freshdesk are mostly done in the weekend, every weekend I log in serveral times to see if this feature is active because its promised several times, weeks and moth's ago.

I am really disappointed that it's still not available.
