Our average ticket takes around 2 minutes to complete.

Not being able to record time in increments of less than a minute really limits the time tracking functionality.

I think it would be good if it was tracked in seconds aswell.

A year and no response.  FAIL

This would be incredibly easy to implement.  Just do it.

Another vote for this.  In our case, it's not that it's that important to capture the time under 1 minute, it's that it is not terribly easy to see that the timer is running.  If there were a seconds clock, it would make the timer a lot more obviou.  Having the timer in a more prominent place would not hurt either.

In fact, having more control over the layout of the ticket screen would be welcome.

But seconds.  Can't be hard to show this.  Can someone please take a look at Toggl and see how they do their timer.  So simple, but effective as well - and I'm not talking about an integration, rather an implementation of something as well designed and as functional.
