Time Zone

I have just started using Sprout.  All of my agents are showing their time zone as Beijing.  I need it to be changed to Perth WA.  We are a local business and all our agents and contacts operate on the same time zone.  I know this should be easy to fix, but I cannot find where the global defaults can be set up.
