FreshService could better accommodate follow-the-sun teams by adding an explicit time zone selector for planning cross-functional efforts like changes, maintenance windows, and releases.
A simple drop-down that has Central Time (US & Canada), Eastern Time, etc would help us schedule tasks for colleagues in another region and eliminate users from making scheduling errors based on their locale.
