Hi all :)


Does it applies for emails only ?


I need to change the default font for Knowledge Base. It's still Helvetica Neue.


I would like to set up the Verdana font for our Knowledge Base (Forum and Solutions), at least :(

Did anyone find out how to customize the default font for Knowledge Base new articles instead of it being Helvetica Neue?

Hello Angela,


We've got some good new for you.


We have the option to customize the font using the option "Font family" while creating a new article in the Knowledge base. This applies to the existing articles as well.
