We have a private statuspage for our clients, our clients have to ask to become a subscriber.
Complaint from our current subscribers is that they need to logon into their profile to change the timezone because the standard is UTC.
Also we have subscribers wich use a shared mailbox, password is not available for these mailadresses, so it's not possible to change the UTC time to the wanted timezone.
Hope this is on a roadmap for centralization!
