We are an e-commerce business and in our replies to customers we often send them direct links to product pages on our website holzkern.com. We would also like to track sales that were generated after a Freshdesk ticket and UTM parameters - for example ?utm_source=fresh - is how you can accomplish that.
It would be great if there was an automated way of adding UTM parameters to any links in the ticket that include holzkern.com
