Would love to be able to clone service items and automated workflows to transfer/recreate them to another Workspace. Is there any plan to allow this in the future?

+5Yes - when building workflows, and you have 10 workspaces using similar workflows, this is very time consuming to re-create every workflow.

+3I was speaking with a Customer Success Manager (but not my CSM) yesterday at a Freshworks User Network event in Seattle, and this exact topic came up. Adding these as workflow features is on the roadmap. Freshworks received the feedback that people would rather have the Workspaces availabel now and get those features later than wait for those features to be done before rolling out workflows.
I tried to find a roadmap document but a quick goolge only turned up a list of features that had allready been enabled. I guess Freshworks is going for the “underpromise, overdeliver” method of feature releases.
