We now have 5 Business Teams Workspaces. It would be good to have more collaboration features between Workspaces, but at the very least, it would be great to be able to transfer a ticket / SR to another Workspace. For example, a common scenario is where a Requester submits an SR to the IT Workspace, but the SR is really a Facilities task. It would be much easier and efficient for everyone if we could simply transfer the SR to the Facilities Workspace instead making the Requester (or us) close the IT SR and submit a new one in the Facilities Workspace.

Can’t you use the Move funktion?
