Only thing holding us back from Freshdesk is this line, that's beeing added to every response in the emails:
"On Sun, 17 Aug at 4:03 pm , xxx <xyz@xyz.com> wrote:"
Can you implement a feature where that can be removed and/ or that we can translate that ourselves.
Not very serious to mix our communication language (Swedish) with English in the same email
