Trello "PowerUp" for Freshdesk

There's a Trello "PowerUp" for Helpscout, but not one for FreshDesk. 


I know there is a "FreshPlug" for Trello (https://support.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/311073) but that is just a one-way communication to create a card in Trello (useful).


the HelpScout "PowerUp" in Trello also updates the Trello card with information:


What Powerups look like in Trello 

(these powerups are only available if you have a Trello Business subscription)


It would give FreshDesk visibility within Trello FWIW.


You should talk to Trello...

I would really love to see this feature implemented. Either a Trello integration or a FreshDesk kanban board.

 The Trello integration consists of 2 apps:


  • Freshdesk Powerup, so you can sync information from Trello users and create Freshdesk tickets or update tickets.
  • Trello app for Freshdesk, which is installed in your Freshdesk instance that will allow you to link a Trello Board to the customer support platform.

When I hit Connect I receive : 


Request URL: https://freshdesk-trello.herokuapp.com/api/v2/authorization

Request Method: POST

Status Code: 404 Not Found

What will be freshdesk Domain?

@Gsindhupriya22 The Freshdesk domain would be the account that you've registered with Freshdesk. For ex: support.freshdesk.com - You must enter the value prefixed to .freshdesk.com.

@Leandrum: Are you still receiving the error with the integration? Can you please let us know if you're trying to use the powerup inside Trello to connect your Freshdesk account?
