Turn off Keyboard Shortcut

I would like to turn off keyboard shortcuts because I have sent replies by accident by accidentally hitting the R key on my keyboard.


All it needs is an option to turn off.

Hi Richard,


You can disable keyboard shortcuts by clicking on the agent profile picture on the right of the dashboard and using the toggle near keyboard shortcuts, as shown below:
