Would love to be able to have a monitor in the hallway that shows which tickets are at a specific status (ex. "Ready for Pickup", "Response Needed," etc.). That way people walking by could see that their device is ready or that they need to check their email.
It would be great to have a page that fit in 1024x768 and auto-refreshed. Slider with prominent "Page X of Y" if the view was greater than the size of the monitor.
