Two-Factor Authentication

This is horrible, I'm leaving freshdesk in 4 months when my renewal is up if this is not added.

 I really like this product, but no 2fa seems like a deal breaker. :(

Two- Factor Authentication is now configurable!!

In order to give you centralized control over all your accounts and agents, we are launching a new feature called 'Organization'.  In this Org settings, if you are an agent or admin logging into Freshworks using password-based authentication from the Freshworks login page, you can enable Two-Factor authentication for your user account by turning on the Two-Factor authentication and increase your user account security.

Thanks for the update Swetha. Can you provide some more details around the term "soon" should be we expect this within a week, or a month, or several months? I have customers who are demanding this functionality and it would be very helpful to be able to provide them with a more definitive timeline.

Hello, has there been any movement on providing clients/customers with the Org capability for 2-Factor Authentication?   This is a priority for us and an expectation for implementation would be great.
