Undo for Solutions

Totally agree! It’d be super helpful to have an undo button, especially when we’re typing out canned responses or anything else. Right now, if you make a mistake, you either have to delete everything and start over or write it in Word first and paste it in—which still doesn’t save you if something goes wrong. An undo option would definitely make things smoother
