We have few big customers who is requesting for Undo Send in Freshchat. We have acknowledge that this feature already available in Freshdesk, this Undo Send in Freshchat would be very helpful for our customers to improve the response accuracy, punctuality, and Agent productivity.
Hopefully this useful feature can be consider in future product roadmap also with certain ETA.
