Option to split or undo a ticket that was merged accidently.

+6Hey, it’s a little tricky but it’s doable. Just erase the notes and re-open the “merged from” ticket.
If someone doesn’t have FD permissions to erase note, an easy workaround is to edit and just add a “space” ie. “ “ in the note so it becomes blank. Not as neat but it works.
