Ideally we need the ability to unlink parent/child tickets easily. Example - Service Catalog bundle, parent ticket goes to IT Workspace and the child ticket goes to the Communications Workspace. IT finishes their work, but Communications won’t finish theirs for a few days or longer. IT is now stuck leaving their ticket open simply because the child ticket (that they have no control over) is still open.
