Unlink tickets (Parent/Child)

Ideally we need the ability to unlink parent/child tickets easily.  Example - Service Catalog bundle, parent ticket goes to IT Workspace and the child ticket goes to the Communications Workspace.  IT finishes their work, but Communications won’t finish theirs for a few days or longer.  IT is now stuck leaving their ticket open simply because the child ticket (that they have no control over) is still open.

There’s quite a quick way to unlink Child Tickets / Bundle Items from a Parent Ticket already I think:

Though this functionality does not exist if viewing a Child Ticket/Item:

I’m not sure what permissions are required to unlink Child Tickets from their Parent

@MDavies - yes!!!  I knew there was an easy way!  I had found it in the past and could not for the life of me remember the where or how!!  Thank you so much for this!
