Unofficial Whatsapp integration

Hi! I'm looking for integration with a regular whatsapp account (without official API access). I already found some API service for whatsapp but I did not found a integration app (like Zapier or Integromat) that supports full Freshdesk API functions - create a comment to a ticket as the costumer or to search for a costumer by phone number... Many thanks!
