Add the option to update the Agent availability via API. currently it is unsupported.

Yes we are looking for this function too. Since agents cannot set themselves to available, the admins have to do this for them. The alternative is to implement this in our API connection from our HRM system to set Agents to unavailable if they're on vacation or called in sick.

 

We want our agents to have more agency.
