We already publish software announcements on a wordpress site. Is it possible to automatically add announcements from a RSS feed?

Please correct me if am wrong here-: You would automatically want to push the announcements from your Wordpress site to Freshdesk announcements ?

This is not possible currently.
We will have this raised as a feature enhancement request to our product team and see if this can be added to our roadmaps for the future. If there are any updates on this, we will get back to you definitely.
