How do you mass update company names in Freshdesk?

🚀 The Solution: Let's expose the company ID, making it the unique identifier! This change would allow seamless mass updates and exports without running into the uniqueness constraint tied to the company name.
Specifics:

The Why: We're evolving our School naming convention, and updating company names to include the STATE is a necessity. Without this feature, the process becomes cumbersome.
