I keep seeing a notice at the top of my page that requires me to click on to make it go away.

When I click on it, it goes away and there is no telling what was updated.  It would be more useful if the notification was beside the ticket that was updated or show a list of tickets when the notification is clicked on.

As it is right now, it is completely useless and very frustrating for me to have to manually open every ticket, to try and figure out what it is referring to.

I just discovered that there is a notification of changes beside the ticket.  Sadly, it will disappear after you click on the notification popup or if you do anything to refresh the page.  It would be better to leave the notification beside the subject and not clear it until the ticket is opened (or an option to click on the notification to clear it).

How does one know if anyone from the FreshWorks development team has even looked at these posts?

Hi @lcoughey

Greetings from Freshworks Community!

We Understand that the update icon pops up in the ticket list view whenever an update is made in any ticket, but it does not lead to the respective ticket or highlight which ticket is ideally updated.

Currently, the pop-up “update” inside Freshdesk is provided for the users to refresh the list view page when any ticket is updated/ responded to by the customer, it performs a small refresh such that the web browser loads the latest updates as the web browsers will not be able to auto-refresh when any ticket inside Freshdesk is updated.

That said, we thank you for sharing your idea. Please rest assured that your feedback is heard and passed on to the concerned teams.

I appreciate your reply and really do hope that you consider an implementation sooner than later.  It is currently very easy to miss customer updates, particularly those that don’t show on first page of 30.
